[Not a valid template]The Team Trophy concluded on Wednesday evening and though no results have been disclosed North Down men were obviously first with the event no more than a run through for the National Final on Sunday. The womens competition was more interesting and an improved performance may well have lifted them from nowhere to second place or so. Katie Hewitt was again the star performer and undisputed 400m hurdles club senior record holder. Her first run at the distance at Santry recently was unofficially a record but not verified but she ran a full second faster on Wednesday in 67.82 secs.
