Terry Eakin won silver in the M60 3000m at the British Masters Indoor Championships at the Lee Valley Stadium in London on Saturday in a time of 10:40.43 min. This was 16 secs faster than his time at the same venue in February when he won the M60 event at the Southern Counties Championship.
Meanwhile across the Atlantic, Kiki Malomo Paris opened her outdoor season at the Mary Invitational meeting where she was 3rd in the long jump with 5.64m and ran 13.12 sec for the 100m.
