North Down AC, running as Team Bangor, took the top honours in the 2nd BMC Ravenhill Mile on Thursday night at the half time interval of the Ulster v Leeds Carnegie rugby union match at Ravenhill Rugby Grounds before a 7000 strong appreciative crowd. Running in teams of two men and a woman with men running a mile and girls 1500m, the athletes provided a very tight race with Niall Robinson winning the close finish from teamate James Budde for Team Bangor. Jordan Stokes, running for the All Star Team was in 6th. It was first girl Lauren Scott though who was the star of the show, challenging the men to pass her to the crowd"s approval, only 6 of them managing it
