[Not a valid template]Two North Down athletes won categories at the Ulster Athletics Star Awards dinner which was held in Monaghan on Friday night. The awards are presented annually to outstanding age group athletes in Irish competitions with awards in each County for boys and girls 12 -15 and over 15. For County Down, Aaron Sexton won the boys 12-15 award and Sarah Connolly won the 16 -19 girls. Congratulations to both on outstanding seasons. Aaron and Sarah are the latest in a long list of North Down athletes to collect these awards, a list which includes Aaron’s father Roger Sexton.
