Lauren Scott helped Birmingham Univeristy C team to 4th place in last weekend"s Birmingham University road relays. Lauren ran first leg and clocked 11:27 for 11th fastest split of the day (legs slightly over 3k). Over the same weekend McNeese State University based Michael Dyer won the open Jackson Square West 5k in Lake Charles. The race was fairly low key and Michael just put down the accelerator over the last 800m to win by 12 seconds in 15:59.
