Michael Dyer set a new 1500m club record of 3:57.41 in placing 4th in the “B” BMC race at the Watford Open, after an 800m split time of 2.07.
On the same Wednesday night John Saulters completed a 200/400m double at the Dublin Open, winning both in 22.78sb (-1.0) & 50.00 respectively.
