Last Saturday saw the final qualifying match of the YDL at the Mary Peters Track with supporting senior events with the club’s leading PB/SB performances in the YDL: Olivia Cumming 1st U17G 200m in 26.46s PB, Chloe Walker U15 200m 30.38 PB& 4.31m LJ PB, Rachel Gillespie 1.30m U13 HJ PB, Rachel McCann U15 LJ 4.09PB, Saskia Greer U17 300m 45.99 SB, Luke Adair U15 300m 40.03s PB, Peter Speers U17 400m 58.38 PB, Craig McMeechan U17 800m 2:06.67 PB and Aaron Blackmore 1st U17 200m 23.18s.
In the open events: Andrew Mellon won the 200m in 21.98s PB, with Niall McGratton setting a PB of 24.93 200m also. Dennis Scott was a second away from his SB in the 3k clocking 9:14.45.
