North Down Athletic Club offers training from aged 8 years and older. There is currently a waiting list for children aged 8-11/P5 and above (Fundamentals group).

Our training groups include:

  • Fundamentals (age 8-11) (P5 and above)

  • Junior Middle Distance
  • Middle Distance/Endurance
  • Seniors
  • Event group: Sprints
  • Event group: Throws
  • Event group: 300m/400m

Seniors – New Beginnings

Ideal for those new to running or coming back after a break, who are able to run 5k continuously in 21 – 38 minutes
(approx 7-13 mins per mile) and not yet comfortably progressed to 10k.
