There was another local race on Friday evening with Greyabbey holding its annual 10K race along with the associated 5K. In the 5K, Anna Scott just got the nod over her sister Jessica Scott to take 2nd and 3rd in the ladies race and the 1st two U15 girls places. In the 10K there were 170 finishers with David McKeague 20th overall in 39:15 min and Ben Caughers not far behind in 23rd. In the ladies race Helen Ryan was 15th in 48:24 while Heidi Rodgers, Marie Devine and Gemma McAnirn close together at 21st, 23rd and 24th.
