On Saturday the County Tyrone site of Baronscourt hosted a series of races including 6 hour, 12 hour, 5K and 10K around a 5K loop within the estate.
After competing in Phoenix Park last weekend Sarah Benton found herself taking on the 10K in Baronscourt and succeeded in winning the ladies race in a time of 46:52.
