[Not a valid template]Pat O”Driscoll came to the end of his three year tenure as Club Chairman at the agm this week and handed over to Norman Munnis. Norman will be joined as Vice Chairman by namesake Norman Lellyett, the flying Springbok. The other main changes were at Club Captain where Brendan McConville came in at mens track and field and Lynne Kerr at womens endurance with Gemma McAnirn and James Budde remaining in the corresponding posts. The Secretary reported fully on another successful year with the obvious highlight being the winning of the mens All-Ireland League, only the 6th club to ever to do so. The contrast between representing Ireland in Europe and exile from our home track without access to equipment and the resulting frustrations formed the basis of most of the discussion at the meeting.
