North Down Ladies finished a team in the Senior Championships over 6K in Coleraine. Stephanie Hambling and Debbie Matchett led the way in 27:37 and 27:57 min. Nicola Simpson ran 25:58 min with Lauren Scott and Jessica Craig 27:12 and 29:36 min. The race was won in 20:38 min by Kelly Reid who led City of Lisburn to the Team Championship. Jill Shannon and Ruth Gillespie were second and third. Annadale Striders regained the Mens Championhip with the 12K race being won by Brian Campbell of Willowfield in 36:58 min from clubmate Dean Fisher and Patrick Hamilton.
