The team sheets are now available for round 1 of the YDL.
For those taking part in the YDL competition this Saturday, a bus leaves Bangor Sportsplex at 8.45am and will return around 5.00pm. Whilst food is available at the Antrim Forum, athletes are advised to bring some food and drink with them. Please ensure that club vests are worn and that all athletes have suitable clothing for the day.
